Shipping

We like to keep things simple. Find what your looking for, add it to your cart & there is your total. How easy was that. You also can change the quantity, continue shopping, or just checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional cost other than Florida's 7% Sales Tax.

 All orders are shipped for Free. FREE SHIPPING is standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. International, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico would have shipping charges. Please request a quote via our contact us page. Currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Free Shipping applies to residential and or commercial addresses. We ship via the most suitable carrier it can be UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, USPS, Common Carrier, and even Truck Freight. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow 7 to 14 business days  for delivery. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.


Order Processing

Orders placed on the site Monday Thru Friday by 2:00pm ET are processed that day. Orders placed outside of this time will be processed the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. 


Fraud Protection

For your protection your order will be shipped requiring a signature upon delivery and is also insured. As part of our ongoing security measures & fraud protection we only ship to the billing address on your debit/credit card account. When ordering you will be allowed to provide an alternate ship to address other than the billing address on your debit/credit card. If this is the case you must make sure to contact your bank or financial institution to add the alternate ship to address as an authorized shipping address on that account. This may delay your order,  If we are unable to process your debit/credit card for any reason. You will get in touch with you as soon as possible.


Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Other payment options are available such as PayPal, Money Order, and Wire Transfer. Please contact us so we may provide you with those details.


Special Oder / Made To Order

 Some products are special order or made to order, these items can take longer to receive. If the product is special or made to order it will be specified on the site. 


Back Ordered

If for some reason not available or on backorder, you will receive notification not further than 1-3 business days.

Missing Items

Quality control is always a top priority, but it can happen sometimes. It is always recommended to inspect & & take inventory upon receipt on each and every item. Contact us  or prior to filling out the returns form so that we may see if this is a quick remedy or if it would require a return.


Refused Orders

Orders that are refused once shipped out by OffRoad Upgrades and legitimately ordered will receive a refund/credit minus:

* 10% Restocking Fee

* Shipping Cost 

The refund/credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and inspected by our returns department & the appropriate time allowed as stated under refunds.
