Returns Policy Terms and Conditions

To return a product purchased from OffRoad Upgrades ( Please fill out the return request form located below. All returns must be authorized by Offroad Upgrades. Returns must be requested by original purchaser of the product within a period of 30 days from the day of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) is required. The RMA# or RGA# number must be displayed on or included in the returned product's packaging. No returns are accepted without this number. Product being returned must be new, unused, resalable condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories.  We recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after receipt for this reason. Other restrictions may apply.

* Your refund will be credited to the original credit/debit card used to make the purchase.

 * Promotions / Rebate / Freebies - All promotions would be Null & Void in certain cases such as a refund only request. Items must be returned if not returned will be deducted from the refund/credit. 

* Discounts and Promotions will be void, the refund/credit for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount. Unless Items are returned. 

 * The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

 * We can not accept a return of Used, Installed, or Modified products.

* Clearance and seasonal merchandise at the time of return will be refunded at the current clearance price.

* Returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

Damaged in Shipping - Does not fall under the same category. If damaged Contact Us & we will file a damage claim with the shipper & send out a replacement as soon as possible.

* Please notify OffRoad Upgrades of any issues with your order within 24-48 hrs of being received or as soon as possible.

Missing Items - Quality control is always a top priority, but it can happen sometimes. It is recommended to inspect your package. Also read the instructions and or parts list. Always take inventory upon receipt on each and every item. Contact us  or prior to filling out the returns form so that we may see if this is a quick remedy or if it would require a return.

Wrong Product - Fill out the return request below & check replacement unless you prefer a refund/credit.

* OffRoad Upgrades Error - We will cover associated fees.

* Customer Error - Customer will be responsible for associated fees.

Refused Orders

Orders that are refused once shipped out by OffRoad Upgrades and legitimately ordered will receive a refund/credit minus:

* 10% Restocking Fee

* Shipping Cost 

 The refund/credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and inspected by our returns department & the appropriate time allowed as stated under refunds.

Once received by the returns department it can take 7 - 14 business days to receive a refund. Confirmation will be emailed one the credit is issued. From the time the refund is issued it can take your Bank or Financial Institution 1 - 3 business days to post the funds in your account.
